The Social and Emotional Components of Learning

When I moved into academic medicine, which was not my home discipline in any way, shape, or form, there's a big culture of mentorship in medicine. So I'm beginning to recognize that there's a place for us as mentors too. What else do you want to make sure that we are thinking about when it comes to the social and emotional components of learning?
