When i practise it, i'm aware of my feet, i're aware of my hands. And this leads to mental health and a better quality of life. But when i'm not, and i'm pacing around the place, and I'm thinking of the past and t e future, then i'm suffering exactly. Those right there you're describing like, hon, i prience mental health issues,. Or i get a flare up of anxiety, i'm focusing on the past or the future, and not spending a hell of a lot of time being present in my body and the here and now. Rit requires effort, rot, and which is why, you know, you practise mindfulness
