How Do You Manage Your Speaking?

To be a fluent speaker, you have to speak a lot. I used to say I need 3000 words before I can speak or 5,000. But now after three months, I three months ramp up on the mini stories and then I go and I start speaking once or twice a week. My tutors will make up a list of 10 or 15 words or phrases that I had trouble with and they will record them as a lesson in link. It's also important how you use the speaking sessions.
