Cassante - Is He a Champion?

Kessante presents a lot of outplay potential because as Riot does, you know, now we have the dashes and every Q ability has like three different cues associated with it where they're going to do different things. So he's highly complicated, but his skill ceiling I think is really good. He's over tuned right now in the way that he's very strong. But his kit will make him strong, I think pretty much regardless.
