Commercial Leo for Space Stations
No one knows how much a commercial space station class would be. In my view, I'd rather all the money go to that and not worry about the commercial Leo stuff if it is going to be half ass both by NASA and the industry. It's not clear to me what the requirements even are. There may be good answers that but I haven't seen those elucidated.
