Power still enables people to act on the basis of their personal or subjective preferences. I don't think any human with power wants to be forced to work with someone they don't like. We've been trying to kind off enable more situations wherevher happens. But we're also not at the level that your potential and your performance and your merit is objectively evaluated, and you completely elimitate subjectivity. It's very utopian to get to a point where these factors are negligent.
