How Do You Know When to Stop?

You have 15 techniques, 11 of which are just added to the recovery circle. How do you know when to stop? Oh, great question. Because we don't want to spend the whole day on it. He believes this thought 100% this negative thought and that the necessary and sufficient condition for emotional change is coming up with a positive thought to challenge that negative thought. And so how do you know that he stops believing it? Well, there's many ways. But one thing after each positive thought, you ask him to write down how much he believes the positive thought. Then you say, how much do you now believe this negative thought? So you keep checking as you go along.
