Why Do You Allow Certain Things to Happen That Hurts?

When i first started this journey, a following jesus hit me when i was in college. Like i thought i was saved. Anybody ever thought they was? And he like i was tripping. But once i really began to navigate this christian journey, i began to ask god this question: Why do you allow certain things to happen that hurts? You can't just tell him, trust god, baby. You got to tell him, like, think, why why do you allow stuff that hurts?"
