New construction and best location are two things that I have actually personally been like, I don't know how important that is anymore. But now you're saying new build is the way to go strategy. It's a strategy. All four of those make up what, you know, revenue for a short,. determine the revenue of a short term rental. So if that property isn't in the right location, it doesn't have the right design in the core and it doesn't has the right amenities that the market demands, it's not going to make any money. If it does, which it sounds like your property does, then it will. And that's fine. You got to be careful
