CNN's John Sutter looks at how a Ponzi scheme is helping the Serbian government avoid UN sanctions. He says Melosific has been accused of smuggling weapons from Israel to the Serbian army and funding paramilitary like desk squads. The bank itself also seems to have been directly running oil through the blockade, Sutter says.
