We have a whole programm in our company called recognition and celebration. How do you let people know in a thoughtful, appropriate, timely way to what they did matters? So we teach people how to recognize people. And we do it simon in a very unique way. In most cases, we give a car todrive for week as a recognition. We invite the family, quietly, secretly, to be part of the ceremony. When child or husband or wife is called forward to receive the keys to the cart a drive for a week,. The family walks out, and becomes a very emotional experience. It's like throwing a pebble in the water. They te ripple effect."
