Venustiano Carranza is an old style political, but modern enough to hire a Madison Avenue agency to handle his election publicity. Critics dismissed him as a bourgeois mediocrity incarnate. So badly, nice language though. And Carranza was stubborn. He got into special problems with the other factions because he starts off with a very anti-land reform thing which of necessity ends up changing. But there are three main factions.
