How to Deal With Emotional Dysregulation
We often don't know when we are emotionally dysregulated. Try your best never to respond in the moment, but let your emotions cycle through and come back into a place where you can think about things more rationally. When you're in that place of empowerment, as opposed to stress, then you're accessing your prefrontal cortex more often. You're able to show up in your life the way you want to.
