The Seahawks' Pass Rates Over Expected

I was looking at the pass rates over expected. The Seahawks were like seventh. And actually as the season progressed, it kind of increased. It's a little bit concerning to me that they still drafted a running back. I would have been really all over this if they let Rashad Penny walk and kind of just like didn't sign or draft any other running backs.
