CWA grew from a few people in our room to like 30 to 100 to 200 to like 1000, that's literally our trajectory. How do you give people to agree on a common plan on a practical plan of action? Because we're not just talking about an organization, we're talking about a democratic organization,. Where our leaders aren't just like whoever's been doing this the longest, it's somebody who was democratically elected by the membership and is accountable in that kind of way.
