Meditation Meditation - How to Slow Down

Get yourself into a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting. Begin this experience by feeling the stillness, peace, joy and love that you are. If your brain hears a sound, say a repetitious ticking sound, and it becomes slower and slower and slower  then your brain will have a tendency to match that. You will end up relaxing more and more and more.
