Did Daniel Del Volterera Paint the Sistin Chapel?

Daniela del voltera was a disciple of michael angelo, who painted the sistine chapel. Was given task to cover up nudity in fresco with nice underwear. He managed to put this on just in time so they didn't destroy it. But council of trent later said no one could place any unusual image in church.
