The Importance of Taking Care of Yourself
The definition of responsible photo editing is not definite and it never can be because it's sort of a vague moral concept. There's nothing wrong with taking care of other people but it only becomes an issue when you neglect yourself in the process. Spending all of our time giving can make us feel burnt out and resentful which is why it's so important to have a space where you can talk through problems, reframe thoughts, and prioritize your well being like therapy.
