i use noise cancelling headphones, cause it's the random unexpected that you're like, oh, that would be interesting. Your line of sight is the next thing i would do. Turn off the background noise or put on classical music and then make sure that what i see in front of me isn't stuff that would make me want to do it instead. It's really those r kind of the big areas that i would be thinking about. If you're wanting to knock out an excelspread sheet, then it's actually tighter rooms, like where the blinders are on, are more helpful.
