The Disassociation of Fear
We learn new ways to disassociate, I think. It's a sort of standing wave of disassociation, a stable disassociation. And as we react, then fear builds because we're believing it. We can imagine someone breaking into our house and have almost the same fear response or at least a significant portion of it,. Just thinking about it, something that's not happening at all. The solution unfortunately in that space becomes a little more disassociative.
