Trade Guis

The us. recently announced the launch of trade dialogues with tian. Is this a bilateral version of ipef, or is it something different? Guis: I had mixed feelings about it. The saving note, i think, for tiwan, is by doing it separately with the united states, they may actually get a better deal.
