We need to think more carefully about how we scrutinize leaders. Between four times and a hundred times more psychopaths exist in positions of power than in the general population so I look at that data and I think we're not doing enough right. Why do we turn over the nuclear codes to people who have no scrutiny other than putting on a great performance being good talkers and having no other objective qualifications to speak of? The fact that you need qualification to do literally everything in this country other than being a national politician is something of an issue, he says.
