I think nothing should be an obsession. We're living our life, which we need to enjoy and having a bit of food should not be a perpetual monitoring. So when my clients say, can we put our food in a food diary, I'm like, you're not a child. You will know when you're eaten wrong. And again, our nutrition teachers as you should maintain a food journal, write everything. But how is that healthy? Imagine you eat every, every one cup doll. Two broccoli. It's got to do with the molecules that your body consumes and how your body reacts to it. If someone told me to do this, I would look at my food as torture
