Is There a New Kind of Financing for Ukraine?

When a country's existence is at stake, does that open up new kind of financial possibilities? I mean, can a country mortgage its future in a way to financiers. Or do they just find all the avenues close on them when they're really in this kind of desperate situation? The basic logic is that if the stress borrows everywhere, right, the more desperate you are, the harder it is to get the credit.
