For me, whenever i've had one of those big, vulnerable communications bubbling up inside of my system, it has been based on parts of myself that were very vulnerable. And so this is just kind of a long way of saying that in order to deliver these communications, sometimes we need to come to an understanding inside of ourselfe before we're able to deliver that understanding to somebody else. Sometimes it's hard to find the exact right words to say because you don't actually know how you feel about it yet. You can discover your truth in lationship with other people, but a lot of the time doing it that way is a kind of messy process. Few eggs get broken
