How to Succeed With Troublesome Groups

When I was doing my undergraduate degree, something that was like told quite often is don't underestimate the kids to coaching. And a lot of them do and that's why I succeeded or one of the reasons I think I succeeded with the troublesome group that I had. Yes, they struggled with certain things, but I treated them as people that were competent. They would always get bored to get frustrated because they knew they could do it. So I had to pitch it somewhere challenging. We're not talking to children here. We're talking to 15 plus most of the time on YouTube.
