Why Aren't Oil Prices Higher?
There is still spare capacity, but that spare capacity is quickly running dry. It's mainly in soudy, mainly an opec and all prices should be higher. The key here is that we have never been a below five % spare capacity globally in the world. And that equates to a much bigger premium for oil than what you'd expectid to be given it doesn't cost that much to produce it.
