Transparency Is the First Step

The average business owner looks at data quarterly. Open communication, constant communication is the absolute key to a successful company. You should never feel like we get somebody putting a big mural on one of our walls and we're like, ha, it's crooked. Pull it down and do it again, right? We pay them. They they create, they do a lot on their own. But at the end of the day, we're the cust we're the one paying em, no doubt.
