The Relationship Between Gluten and Inflammation
There are many factors that cause inflammation as a result of grain consumption. One of them is the family of proteins found within grains called gluten. The immune system recognizes these gluten proteins as an enemy of the body and launches an assault on this enemy. collateral damage to their internal tissues ensues in an inflammatory damage that becomes chronic if they continue to consume those grains.
