In many situations, you don't even know what the truth is. We crate these mental narratives every day that put us in a kind of mental jail where we things are going on that are not going on. You can actually train yourself to take the happiness perspective in every single situation. It doesn't mean it's always easy, but it is a skill that you can practise. I started doing this, maybe for five years ago, drew and literally, over the years of practising, i'm now got to the situation where most of the time,. i find in the moment, i can reframe the situation, choose what i call that happiness perspect and it changes everything.
