The best relationships i've had are when that conversation is two sided. I think it's good to be reminded too, that you're not the only report of your manager. The way that i interrect with everyone on the bransudio team is a quite like, you know, different and unique in their own ways. It's not going to be a copy and paste job across all the other folks on your team.
