Pray, meditation and gratitudes are the three keys to being grateful. You do it before you go to bed - close your eyes and say what i'm grateful for befor you sleep it. Studies show that gratitude is like a wonder drug. It really does help. Ye? Do you say your gratitude? Are those red? Gray? In color blind, i really didn't think they were red. Yes, they're reddish.
