The Importance of Compensation Conversations With Candidates

Right now is again a complex time to have compensation conversations with candidates. We're seeing founders having to really tell that compelling story of what the future value of the compensation could look like. And on top of that, I think even though there is perhaps more candidates in the market right now than they've historically been, we're also seeing that there's heightened levels of risk aversion.
