GPT-3 is a very interesting industrial problem. I just don't think of it as something interesting for academics to work on unless they were to come up with some unique ideas. The best techniques are the ones that are easiest to scale. It's not like you just say Python make make model big. You need to think about how to distribute it, think about good paradigms for distributed compute. There's there's all this stuff. And one thing I thought was really interesting is if you were to look at the new transformer paper and switch from Q-learning to Dali. That gave us a lens into what's happening with GPT-3.
