Building a Workers Movement

I think one of the things I really love about this is that it depersonalizes management and makes it a kind of a machine process. It's an organization in a box that you can just deploy, which would be awesome if it could become a standard. Building a workers movement is probably not the time for improvisation or build from scratch BS.
