What's the Difference Between Workshops and Talks?

The conference will have three different tracks for workshops. We're going to have Python web development, then data science and the Python one is just going to be generic Python. From that, we'll have a beginner track and then have an intermediate to advanced level tracks where I am modeling it sort of after the picon. So you're going to bring your laptop and prepare to be participating in a way.
