Is There a Language Test for Citizens?
At the time when he came, he didn't know what the fuck it means to be Singaporean. So of course he wasn't Singaporean at the point in time. He came and then he got into great talent. I'm saying now when there are people coming, even then like when people become a citizen, I mean, assuming they have to have stayed in Singapore. But that is also a very different time.
