Jewish Programming - Is There a Reimagining of Judaism?

I always have this wish that in hollywood there would be this incredible, like, re imagining of judaism going on. There're things that here and there pop up, but it's few and far between. And i'm sort of wondering why that is not the case with jewish programming. I was on a t b show called sport tonight that was created by aaron sorken. This is 20 plus years ago, and i still have people come up to me and say, the passover episode of sports night. It just tells me there is an audience that wants this ind of programming and content.
