Getting a Good Night's Sleep

i've been trying to track sleep a exercise an a bit more strategically, so i can actually see where the problems are and try to fix them. I noticed if i haven't had a good night's sleep, the followin day do suffer a little bit. People talk about eight hours sleep - when you're in bed for eight hours, youre not sleeping for eight hours.
