Apatoreal Syndrome is a diagnosis of exclusion. You fix what you think might be pre-reinal failure, and they still have renal failure. If their creatinine has got a 50% in a week or 100% in two weeks and there's no other treatable condition, you've got a petal renal syndrome. Without aggressive treatment, that person will die or require a liver transplant. And without liver transplant, they will die.
