The Importance of Strength Training

I had to stop training outdoors for a little while during the winter here because the cold was really hard on my ankles. And so there's a really awesome space called Life Force Ninja, which is an Ninja Warrior gym. I'll go there, get a great session in, doesn't challenge my ankles too much. It's great. So my skills have been like leveling up really nicely. Now I'm taking it back out into nature. All these little aspects of moving my feet on mirrored surfaces. Pretty at your feet after a month or five months in the gym.
