What Are the Rights in a Land?
Your ownership of land is really a bundle of rights, and it's not clear a priori what's included in that bundle. For example, i pretty clearly have the right to object to an airplane flying by five feet over my roof, but i have no right to object exactly over me a mile up. I don't have a right to sue you if you drive down the street and your headlights shine through my window,. thus demonstrating that some photons you generated are trespassing on my property. And there are lots and lots of other things.
