Developing a Relationship With Lead Pastors

I think realizing that it takes time And then over time you build trust Right like some of the guys that i'm coaching with or gals that i'm talking to it's like they just moved into this role and overnight they expect for there to be this incredible trust Um, but man a lot of times it just takes time.
