The Michael Peterson Stabbing - Blood Splatter on the Countertop

The only blood above Ellen are two drops of blood splatter on the countertop. This would seem to indicate that after she was stabbed, either by herself or someone else, basically after like the first stab, she went down to the ground. Dr. Henry Lee is going to make an appearance in this case and he has looked at the blood splatter and as we'll talk about later, thinks it's pretty weird.
