Psilocybin and MDMA have been moved from schedule 9, which was a prohibited use schedule to schedule 8. So they can be prescribed under very specific conditions by specific people for specific conditions. There is no long-term safety data, especially for psilocybin. It's just super premature. No guidelines on a whole pile of things that people are going to need to know to do this safely.
