When you put money into something, you want it to work efficiently. The hour for this person I'm hiring is the equivalent of paying for an automation software for a month. So that's how I justified it. Like let me get like better non-automatable work from the person. It's weird that it took for me to spend money to then force myself to do automation for a little bit more money so that the decently large sum of money was like better utilized.
