There are some, you know, kind of fundamental, like rooted philosophical differences around a role, a coach plays in terms of how they engage with a participant. And the ecological approach essentially says that I'm going to use a phrase that's an intellectual fellow called Dusty Miller used recently when he was talking to Tim. Come alongside, it's a naval man, so it's a good metaphor, the idea of coming alongside and with somebody along a journey. You act as a co-learner and you go through a process of co-adaptation together. But alternative approaches often place the coach as the leader or designer of the experience for the other person.
