The Importance of Bringing People in From Outside the Nuclear Industry

There's a lot of synergy between decommissioning and new build nuclear. The skill sets are more linked to the kind of the decommissioning skills really. And how have you found bringing people in from outside the industry? Is it been successful any challenges or anything that people need to be aware of? I think it does bring challenges because of the culture clash that I mentioned, there is a kind of way of working and then a very different way of working. But I absolutely think you need that it's ideal to have both.
