The Infinite Formless Consciousness

Most human beings identify themselves with the flesh. They believe they are their physical form. If you don't recognize that you transcend the mind, then you must necessarily be vulnerable to the phenomenon of the mind. And therefore it can only overpower you if you allow it to overpower you. So the way i understand myself has radically changed. Not because i discovered some model or some illustration in a book somewhere that appealed to me and decided he that's how i want to understand reality. But through my own experiential journey, i have learned precisely how to overcome these different levels of phenomenon. It's possible because i am, and i always was, that formless, infinite spirit.
