The Importance of Understanding Yourself
Do you think that people pleasing or the desire to please other people is a lack of knowing yourself? This is one thing personally that I found was that the reason why in the past I was trying to please people is because I hadn't spent enough time looking at myself and understanding myself. But I don't know if that's that experience holds true for others as well. And so that's why I say it's not like a necessarily a bad thing, it's a tool,. We're motivated by helping other people and that's probably stemmed from earlier characteristics. Yeah, definitely.
